How to complain
Email info@vapezuk.co.uk with your name, contact details, the issue and any relevant reference. Do not include passwords or payment-card details.
What happens next
We will review the complaint and provide an appropriate response. Specific response-time guarantees must not be advertised until staffing and service levels are confirmed.
Escalation
If unresolved, you may have rights to pursue remedies under UK consumer law. Data-protection complaints may be raised with the ICO.
