Current status
Orders, dispatch and delivery are not currently available while the website is in pre-launch.
Delivery locations and costs
Approved delivery destinations, carriers, rates and any restrictions will be displayed before checkout when service becomes operational. No unverified free-delivery or next-day-delivery promise is made.
Age-restricted delivery
Where required, age checks must be completed before supply or handover. Delivery may be refused if satisfactory age verification cannot be completed.
Timeframes
An agreed delivery estimate will be provided before ordering. Under applicable consumer law, goods generally must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Restricted goods
Shipping restrictions for nicotine liquids, lithium batteries and other regulated items may apply. We will not knowingly dispatch prohibited products or use unapproved carriage arrangements.
Failed or damaged deliveries
