Before subscriptions launch
Each plan must clearly display the product, frequency, total recurring price, delivery charges, payment date, minimum term, renewal arrangements and cancellation process before enrolment.
Customer control
Customers must be able to review applicable billing terms and request cancellation under the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. No charge should be taken without valid authorisation.
Age and product compliance
Every subscription fulfilment must meet applicable age, product and delivery requirements. Product unavailability or regulatory restrictions may require suspension.
